BeautyPass World Terms & Conditions

Welcome to BeautyPass World. By purchasing a BeautyPass membership or using our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Membership. BeautyPass World provides members access to offers and discounts made available by participating salons and beauty professionals. BeautyPass does not itself provide salon, beauty, or personal-care services.
Membership Fee and Automatic Renewal. BeautyPass membership costs $9.99 per month. Your membership automatically renews each month using the payment method provided at checkout until you cancel.
Cancellation. You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation stops future renewal charges. Your membership benefits may remain available through the end of your current paid billing period. Except where required by law, previously paid membership fees are not refundable solely because a member chooses to cancel.
Partner Offers. Participating businesses choose their own BeautyPass offers, services, prices, appointment availability, restrictions, and booking policies. Offers may vary by business and may change or become unavailable.
Appointments and Salon Services. Appointments are booked directly with the participating business through its booking system or booking link. Any salon service purchased is a separate transaction between you and that business. BeautyPass World is not responsible for the quality, safety, availability, cancellation, refund, or performance of services provided by participating businesses.
Savings. BeautyPass World does not guarantee that every member will save a specific amount of money or that any particular offer will always be available.
Account Responsibility. Members are responsible for keeping their account information accurate and secure. Membership access is intended for the registered member and may not be transferred or resold.
Changes to the Service. BeautyPass World may add, remove, or modify participating businesses, offers, membership features, or these Terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be communicated when required.
Privacy. Use of BeautyPass World is also subject to our Privacy Policy. Personal information is handled in accordance with that policy and applicable law.
